Optimizing your Recovery

There is very little downtime after receiving treatment with Botox. Patients usually return to their normal daily activities quickly after the procedure.

You will be instructed not to lie down for a period of time after treatment and given other important information regarding after-care. Following our post-procedure instructions are important to avoid any side effects.

It is imperative that patients who have undergone Botox treatment should avoid laying down flat, engaging in vigorous physical activities, or applying cosmetics for a minimum of four hours after the injections.  Also, avoid rubbing or massaging the injected area for at least 24 hours.
